Prices are per gite per week, not per person, and include gas and electricity for cooking, lighting, hot and cold water. Heating is included in the price for October through to May. Cots and high chairs are available, free of charge, on request. Prices include bedlinen (pillowcases, duvet covers and mattress sheet). Towels (hand and bath towel) may be hired at 4€ per person.

Hiring charges can be paid via a credit card or in euros on arrival.

Bookings should be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 150€ per week booked, payable by credit card, with the balance payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. It is suggested that guests take out a holiday insurance to cover loss of deposit or total holiday price due to unforeseen circumstances.

For deposits and balances we accept and credit cards. For security reasons, please do not send credit card details electronically. Our normal procedure is to take credit card details over the telephone.

Changeover day for your holiday is normally on a Saturday. Gites are available from 4pm on the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. If you are arriving early or later, please let us know. We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our guests needs. Changeover day can be flexible during Low Season. Part weeks or weekend rates are also negotiable, please feel free to contact us for further information. Guests should leave the gites clean and in the same state as they found them at the end of their stay. Pets are not allowed in the gites. To cover any damage or breakages, we ask for details of a credit card to be given when paying the balance for your holiday. No payments will be taken from the card without prior notification.
