Dinan

Dinan is a spectacular mediaeval town 7km from the gites, with a nationally famous market, remparts, chateau, rail museum, river boats, cycle hire, small river boat hire, canoeing, gardens, bowling, and numerous fabulous restaurants.  While visiting, you may also be interested in the Petit Train de Dinan – a road train which shows you the sights of Dinan.  Or stock up with affordable French wine in our local Cave des Jacobins.

Brittany Beaches

Numerous beaches to satisfy all tastes – shallow and sandy, shells, rock pools, surfing. As well as the well known beaches, there are numerous unnamed beaches which are often desserted!

A 1300 year old village built on a rock in the bay to the west of St Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel is one of Europe’s most unforgettable sights.
