Prices (in euros) are per gite per week, not per person, and include gas and electricity for cooking, lighting, hot and cold water. Heating is included in the price for October through to May. Cots and high chairs are available, free of charge, on request. Prices include bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers and mattress sheet) and towels (hand and bath towel).

Bookings are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking price, payable by credit or debit card, with the balance payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. It is recommended that guests take out a holiday insurance to cover loss of deposit or total holiday price due to unforeseen circumstances.

For deposits and balances we accept Visa    and Mastercard  credit cards. For security reasons, please do not send credit card details electronically. When a booking is agreed a payment request will be sent from a secure server.

Changeover day for your holiday is normally on a Friday for La Grande Maison and Saturday for all other gites. Gites are available from 4pm on the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. If you are arriving early or later, please let us know. We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our guests needs. Changeover day can be flexible during Low Season. Guests should leave the gites clean and in the same state as they found them at the end of their stay. Pets are not allowed in the gites.
